Writing to keep sane
If I don’t write I don’t know if I will survive. I write merely to stop from crying. I write to acknowledge my sadness, to embrace her. Hello sadness my friend; I know you are here, I feel you, I validate you, you deserve to be felt. I will stay with you for as long as you need, I am willing to nurse you. 

Hello spirit; are you here? Do you exist? God in me, please show me your presence. I want to feel you! Let me feel you!
